This is the ideal gift for when you or someone you care about has a special milestone coming up and you wish to honour that through the ritual and magic of intentional food and togetherness. Here, I design you a custom menu telling that story for you to prepare at home. You do the cooking, but I’ll be by your side to support you virtually throughout. Menus are designed to meet you at the level of cooking you feel comfortable with.

Your grocery & alcohol costs are extra and calculated according to a budget we come up with together.

Let me take care of feeding your people while you focus on what you do best. The bonus? All of the food will be telling the story of you and your brand, while intentionally nourishing the work you and your guests are diving into.

2-7 guests: flat rate package $1500 +HST (add animal protein $10 per person, per day)

For longer retreats (4-7 days), I use the same approach as the Weekend Retreat package and add a deeper layer. Food storytelling-wise, I approach this longer time we have together like a novel, with different food ‘chapters’ supporting the story of the more intensive work you are exploring with your guests, both nutritionally and energetically.

I have experienced firsthand the talents and magic of Sonja’s food creations for many years. I wanted to treat my husband with something special for his birthday. The whole process was really meaningful. The reflective questions at the beginning actually brought me to tears, steeping even deeper in the love and celebration for the man that I married. She took this and created a bespoke menu that was so incredibly on point, thoughtfully weaving together the poignant pieces of our story with the tastes and flavours that my husband loves in such a unique and inventive way.
